Job Specifications:

Energy efficiency lighting upgrade:
Replaced 2x 8' T-12 lamps with 2x, more efficient 4' T-8 lamps

Electrical energy saving:
Between four and five hundred dollars/month
AC savings will take place in the summer months
T-8 lighting reduced lighting KWH in half

Incentives
70% paid for by utility customer rate payer energy efficiency program and the other 30% can either go on the customers bill or be paid for up front with a cash discount.
