Job Specifications:

Energy efficiency lighting upgrade:
Replaced T-12 8' lighting with more efficient T-8 4' lighting
Replaced T-12 4' fluorescent lighting tubes with 4' LED lights in their main cooler

Maintenance and electrical energy saving:
Fluorescent tubes in the cooler were always blowing out in addition to being inefficient
T-8 fluorescent lighting and LED lighting reduced lighting KWH by approximately 30%
LED lights function better in a cooler / freezer environment and have a better color rendition index in a cold environment over fluorescent lighting

Incentives
70% paid for by utility customer rate payer energy efficiency program and the other 30% can either go on the customers bill or be paid for up front with a cash discount.
