Electrical AC consumption in office are will also be reduced in the summer months.
Lights in garage come on instantly and we have more light in the office and work area.

Other energy saving recommendations:
Radiant natural gas heating in the garage area
Use natural gas heat in office area.

Incentives
70% paid for by utility customer rate payer energy efficiency program and the other 30% can either go on the customers bill or be paid for up front with a cash discount.
