Wood Pellets*
Fact:
Wood pellets are a local renewable energy source and their manufacturing capability in the New England area has increased in response to the oil price shock that occurred in 2008. Pellets are a great addition to our Solar System for any home or business.
1. Anyone considering a new boiler, install a multi fuel system
that runs on both a fossil fuel and pellets.
2. These boilers are
currently in large scale use in the world and are low maintenance, clean,
reliable, efficient and economical.
3. They do not have to be located
outside and in most cases can be put in the same place your old fossil fuel
system was located.
4. New advanced multi fuel boilers can go for many
days unattended on their own with quality wood pellets.
5. In the event
you boiler runs out of pellets your fossil fuel side of the boiler will take
over.
6. Most buildings in New England have adequate room to store one or
two pallets of pellets well in advance of the winter heating season.
